IB Primary Years Programme
The “Ohanyan” Educational Complex has achieved full IB World School status for the Primary Years Programme (IB PYP). This recognition highlights the school’s commitment to world-class education through inquiry-based learning, intercultural understanding, and holistic development.
The IB PYP, for students aged 3 to 10, focuses on intellectual, emotional, and social growth, aiming to cultivate lifelong learners and compassionate global citizens. Achieving this status demonstrates the school’s dedication to the IB’s mission of fostering a better, more peaceful world through understanding and respect. As an IB PYP school, “Ohanyan” now benefits from extensive resources, professional development, and a global network of IB World Schools. This will enhance its educational practices and enrich student experiences, integrating IB philosophy to explore global issues, respect diverse perspectives, and develop critical skills.
