Middle School

Middle school (V-X grades)

This circle provides differentiated and in-depth training, directing the child’s natural tendencies and laying solid foundations for future learning. As with the rest of the school, special emphasis is placed not only on knowledge transfer, but also on the development of soft skills, which serve as the foundation for a person’s effective functioning in high school, university, and, in general, throughout life. Middle school teaching is primarily done through the project method, which increases students’ involvement and motivation to learn. Various educational visits and excursions are organized, with the goal of developing not only general knowledge, but also teamwork skills.

Throughout the year, students participate in a variety of events and festivals aimed at broadening their general knowledge and worldview. Among the most anticipated events are the annual Science Festival and the “Intercultural Bridge” festival, in which parents also actively participate. From the 2019-2020 academic year, the annual Art Festival will be held in the educational complex.

This circle also incorporates the STEAM educational program, the components of which are as follows:

Sience
Technology
Engineering
Art
Mathematics

Mathematics and science subjects up to 6th grade will be taught using Singaporean methodology and textbooks beginning in the 2019-2020 school year (additional hours will be allocated for this purpose), which has already been proven effective. STEAM and ART labs were also established to ensure the growth of the STEAM educational program. Through games, toys, and art, children will be able to strengthen their knowledge and skills in these classrooms, particularly in science, mathematics, technology, and engineering courses. Students in these classrooms also use robotics and computer science labs, and a wide range of classes, including interdisciplinary ones, are taught in these specially designed classrooms.
